Executive and non-executive directors
are ultimately accountable for driving organisational performance ahead
while keeping it under prudent control. Driving performance through
innovation, while maintaining equilibrium, within the context of increasingly
stringent and complex fiduciary and governance accountabilities, requires
significant effort and rigour in terms of selecting, assessing, managing
and rewarding the top team of any organisation. Developing senior managers
to become leaders and directors has become one of the most important
elements of organisational sustainability.
In accordance with the King II
report on Corporate Governance and cutting edge thinking on Leadership,
LeadersPerform provides a unique solution to this challenge.
Linked to the Stratified Systems Theory (SST) and comprehensive
theoretical models on Leadership, it ensures holistic assessment of
the relevant competencies and the value add of executive top team /
board functioning. Given the leadership assessment, the viability of
the corporate culture is also evaluated.
The outcomes include guidelines for organisational
and leadership development and top level performance management to ensure
long term business viability. Assessment results are also used to reformulate
the organisation's approach to executive and non-executive director
and top leadership remuneration.
The program is personally directed by:
Dr Maretha Prinsloo of Magellan Consulting and Michael
Olivier of Synchrona Leadership Strategies.
The target market:
Executive and non-executive directors of medium sized,
national and international corporates - the entire board and their impact
on organizational viability and shareholder value - are targeted.
Members of leadership teams just below Director level
in large organisations.
